This rpm packages the ath9k_htc network driver for RHEL 6.4. This isn’t anything official, just something I made to get my wifi adaptor to work on my RHEL 6.4 box. I’ve tested it with a TP-LINK TL-WN722N and kernel-2.6.32-358.2.1.el6.x86_64. It will likely work on CentOS too, but I’ve not tried it. I made the package based on files I got from here.

To use it you’ll need to obtain the file /lib/firmware/htc_9271.fw from somewhere; I copied mine from a Fedora 16 box. If you are running SELinux you will need to set its security context:

sudo chcon system_u:object_r:lib_t:s0 /lib/firmware/htc_9271.fw
